Project and partner consultant services in the project of design and construction of the shipyards and repair stations of Khormoj and Sardasht

Engineering services, design and implementation of repair shipyards of Khormoj in Bushehr Province and Sardasht in Khuzestan Province in 2009. The project includes civil works and landscaping, electrical and mechanical installations and telecommunication services and it is in line with the maintenance services in the fifth and sixth lines of overall gas pipelines of Iran and it is conducted in EPC form and in partnership with the Anhar Company.

Airport Hotels

The 12-storey hotel with international standards of international hotels with over 51,048 square meters superstructure and 504 rooms (300 of 4 star Novotel rooms and 204 of 3 star Ibis rooms), that is constructed with the participation and investment of private sector.

South Runway and Flight Levels

The project consists of a runway and 2 parallel taxiways and it is designed and implemented as a part of the Phase 2 of Development of the International Airport of Imam Khomeini in order to create a backup band for a single runway airport (north runway). With the completion and start of operation of the airport, it will provide the necessary capacity to accept more flights and tolerability of the last class of aircraft such as the A380 wide-body business plans.

The Bridge

The project has been designed and implemented to connect the southern extent of the development plan for phase 2 (open parking, hotels, mosques, Passenger Terminal No. 2, etc.) to the Northern Territory and the existed passenger terminal of the airport. Deck length of the bridge is 220 m and has a walk on movable and fixed deck in the northern and southern buildings in both sides of the bridge.

Development and Improvement of Passenger Terminal Number One

Expansion of the existing passenger terminal, including restaurants (2400 square meters), the development of old west part (4400 square meters), the development of the old east part (6400 m), development of the western office (3100 m) is one of the important projects to complete and improve and utilization of phase one of Imam Khomeini International Airport. The project is to improve passenger services and increase the transit of commercial spaces in the hall was started.

VIP Terminal

The project, which follows a series of ancillary buildings, known as the Group 5 of International Airport of Imam Khomeini is designed and will be used to conduct ceremonies and welcome the guests and important government officials with a total area of 2335 square meters. Land area intended for the construction of the building is about 18,000 square meters.

CIP Terminal

The project is a special reception terminal for normal passengers that is located next to the main terminal of the airport and adjacent to the apron and its area is over 3300 square meters.

Administration Building

The project, which includes office space, amphitheater, parking, engine room, buffet and so on, is headquarters of the airport and the airport management services and administrative operations, it has been designed and constructed in the 3 floors with the total area of 6567 square meters. The operation of the building will concentrate the airport management system in a single set of administrative units and the tasks are done with ease and better and higher quality.

Courthouse

The project has been constructed with a total area of 479 square meters and its site is located in the eastern part of the airport. The main function of this building is a place for the court staffs of court of the International Airport of Imam Khomeini and its main responsibility is to interfere and solve judicial issues of passengers and other staffs and customers of the airport that is somehow related to their activities or attendance in the airport.

Passport Police Building

This project is constructed in an area of 1063 sq. and its site is for the establishment of passport office staff of Imam Khomeini International Airport and its main function is to render support and administrative services for Passport Office in 24/7 for the incoming and outgoing passengers that are going to pass the air boundaries of Imam Khomeini International Airport.

Urban Fire Station

The total area of this project is 1,000 square meters and it aims to establish a fire safety system to support public safety and the airport public spaces. Land area intended for the construction of the building and the related area is about 3000 square meters.

Barracks building for Police Forces

The project covers an area of about 3375 square meters and it has been designed and constructed for the benefit of police personnel at the International Airport of Imam Khomeini.

Customs Building

This project has been designed and constructed in about 5800 square meters infrastructure for the operation of customs staff and management system of International Airport of Imam Khomeini.

Mosque Building

The project is designed in the whole infrastructure of 7000 square meters in 3 floors with a dedicated parking capacity of 140 vehicles and it is at the end of the structure phase and half of the works are left.

Development of Passenger and Loading Apron

The project is including 1525 concert panel parts of 7.5 in 7.5 m size with an area of 86000sq.m that is constructed in order to enhance the capacity of apron for cargo and passengers in Imam Khomeini International Airport.

Development of Hydrant and Fuel Line Using EPC

The Project Consists of Three Parts :

1. Developing a 10-inch pipeline with a length of 33 km for transporting fuel from refineries to fuel tanks under International Airport of Imam Khomeini

2. Development of Direct Fuel Pipeline to Aircraft through Hydrant with length of 12 km.

3. Mechanized Fuel Supply to aircraft at aircraft parking areas.

These projects are as follows:

Islamshahr Interchange Underpasses and Bridges

The project is a series of bridges and underpasses intersection is with the length of 665 m that has been designed and constructed in Islamshahr.
